• Regardless of the payment method, an invoice will be created manually, please be patient.
  
• Please provide the billing address and the e-mail recipient for the invoice.
• A confirmed place is transferable to another person, if not appearing the claim expires! A refund is excluded.
• The organizer (Bodo Felusch) reserves the right to cancel the seminar at short notice, in which case the already paid seminar fees will be refunded, further claims are excluded.
• Minimum number of participants 6.
• The insurance is the responsibility of the participant/customer.

• Please provide the names and e-mail addresses of the participants, the entire course communication takes place at these e-mail addresses.
• For users of Microsoft teams, it is recommended to use the usual ‘main address’ to quickly switch between organisations.
• Changes to the participant names and e-mails are possible up to 10 days before the beginning of the seminar and end at the latest at the technical test.
