Sound engineers use two-channel FFT-based audio analysis software to measure sound systems. The development of experience in the field requires years of practice in a short production time. The exercises documented here aim to shift this valuable production time without requiring a sound system. The user should get to know and practice his measurement software, the collected data and the basic work steps for parameterization of sound systems better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. A two-channel FFT Analyzer measuring software for the computer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. A DAW software.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. A signal routing solution between FFT Analyzer Software and DAW Software.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    For the preconfigured and documented exercises, an Apple Macintosh computer with Apple Logic X DAW software, Audinate Dante Via software and the reader's preferred two-channel FFT measurement software is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The reader is expressly encouraged to use their own preferred DAW software and to be inspired by the videos to create their own exercises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    A demonstration of the setup takes place via a two-part video. The setup itself and a corresponding documentation with step-by-step instructions can be obtained below for a small donation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
